Overcoming Imposter Syndrome: The WOC Toolkit

Imposter syndrome makes you downplay your identity, second guess your brilliance, hide your expertise, and doubt your success. It is caused by feeling like you do not belong and that you are not worthy of your accomplishments. Many women of color suffer in silence and it leads us to shrink and hide and it has to go!

This virtual session gets to the heart of how Imposter Syndrome is threatening your progression at work and home. Dr. Fisher takes you on a journey for uncovering where it operates in your life, pulling up the root, and building a plan for unleashing its hold on mind, body, and spirit well-being. It’s the perfect combination of inner and outer tools!

At this session you will:

1) Identify the factors of imposter syndrome impacting your life

2) Determine the root of those behaviors

3) Understand the triggers that set those behaviors into action

4) Develop releases to “unhook” you when the behaviors show up

5) Create a personalized action plan for living free from imposter syndrome
